This exquisite skirt flares to a full circle covered with bright flowers on a sandy toned background.  Two “smile” bangles dangle from the multi-color striped elastic waistband and the hem is bordered with tiny coral balls.  A wide gorgeous blue micro-net ruffle is attached  to the lining and peeks out from underneath.
