We absolutely ADORE this summer dress from Kate Mack's sur La Mer collection!  Lovely and fresh with a nostalgic simpler times  vibe, it is a stand out piece ~ sure to be noticed and complimented where-ever she goes!  Horizontal stripes on babydoll bodice in shades of light periwinkle blue to dark navy blue, with a big pretty bow trimmed in white eyelet lace.  Eyelet lace also trims empire waistband.  Same stripes make a striking contrast when they are turned to vertical on the tiered skirt!  Three button placket and ribbon tie in back.  100% cotton.
