Isobella & Chloe ~ Sommerset Skirt Set

This gorgeous set by Isobella and Chloe is loaded with special features!  The white top has short banded sleeves --- one  covered with white sculptured  roses.  The skirt has three  tiers  of  green and brown multi-layered  micro-net ruffles.  Vertical rows of the multi--layered  netting are gathered to the elastic waistband  and triple horizontal rows of rouching  alternate between the vertical  columns.  The full lining is brown cotton with spandex.
