This is a wonderful dress for special occasions!   Silver satiny bodice with cap sleeves has a wide satiny band around front embellished with a lovely dimensional flower with just a few sequins in the center for a touch of sparkle.  Wide full cut skirt is covered in delicate silver and white tulle petals which form a design of white circles.  Attached slip underneath has an extra doubled tier of ruffled tulle at bottom which will keep the dress fully flared.  Ribbon tie and hidden zipper in back.
