This beautiful dress has a black velveteen bodice and empire waistline decorated with a large blue and black mesh flower.  Skirt has three layers:  Top layer is transparent black mesh lavishly embellished all over with black ribbons.  Steel blue mesh layer is underneath, and bottom layer is solid black silky polyester.  Ribbon tie in back and hidden zipper.
