Gorgeous top has body with tiny bondi and tufts blue stripes and wide ruffle at bottom.  Rich crochet jacquard "pinafore-like" layer is open in front, beginning below the emjpire waistline.  Front vertical edges of "pinafore" layer are edged in pleated gray mesh ruffles.  Neckline, armholes, and layered ruffle at bottom are a lovely colorful daisy print.  Waistband is trimmed in scalloped purple lace in front.  In back is a wide elasticized band to ensure a perfect fit.  Fun loopy flowers embellish neckline.
