What are your shipping rates?

How soon will I receive my order?

    Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving them (excluding Sundays and Holidays).  All US orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority or 1st Class Post.  Although we cannot provide a guaranteed delivery date, most orders are delivered within 3 days of mailing.

    Express mail orders received before 10am EST will be shipped the same day.  After 10am EST they will ship the following morning.  These are delivered via USPS Express mail, and most packages will then be delivered the following day.  Some addresses (in more remote locations), however, do take two days for delivery.  Signature is required on express deliveries - unless you request this to be waived.

    International orders have two options:

  •  International 1st Class Option is provided as an economical option for our our international customers.  Delivery time varies depending on your location and local customs & delivery procedures, but usually should be received within 2 weeks.  HOWEVER, 1st Class Postage does not provide us with tracking information.  We are unable to request a trace on a package until 4-6 weeks after mailing date!  Please consider your country's local postal delivery time & reliability when choosing 1st Class.
  • International Priority Mail includes a delivery confirmation number, and usually will be received within 5 - 10 days.

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

    We have a 100% quibble free return policy - simply return your item within 30 days of purchase (unworn, with tags attached) for any reason for a 100% refund (excluding postage).  Our address is shown on the bottom of your invoice (or click here for our contact info)

    Exchanges - if you would like to exchange any item for a different size or style, please call or e-mail us prior to returning so we can be sure to hold the size/style you need.  You may send your return back to us in the most economical manner you choose.  There will be no additional postage charge to you for the requested exchange item (we will cover that).

 

Do you gift wrap?

    Yes we do!  {Click this link for details.}  You may simply request gift wrap in the customer comments section of the order form - and include the message you would like your card to read.  A gift receipt will also be enclosed.
