A vivid palette of colors of fuchsia pink, purple, yellow, and blue flowers are super cheerful on the full cut twirly dress from Eliane et Lena.  Pleats begin at neckline flaring out to a lovely and full body.  A few simple stitches 5" from bottom create an extra dimension of gathering.  Underneath is a full deep cherry attached slip with wide ruffle around bottom.  Two button loop closures in back, and an attached sash to tie in bow in back.  100% cotton.
