This is a beautiful dress! Can be worn alone or over a long sleeved top for versitility (we have just the top!). Wide elasticized band across top of bodice gathers the extra full cut cotton dress. Black polka dots on a gray taupe background and five pearlized buttons down front. Artsy print ruffle with scalloped border is layered over a bright pink lining with ruffles at the bottom.
