Love this dress! It looks like a layered jumper, but it’s a one-piece dress. The stretchy cotton w/elastane cherry red scrunched long sleeves are attached to the romantic floral print cotton dress. Three tiers of ruffles form the asymmetrical skirt ~ and in back the ruffles alter direction, each side going diagonally down to bottom of dress similar to a V shape.
