Deux par Deux has created this three-tiered skirt in a lively mix of colors and textures.  Narrow bands of green and red velvet trim the ultra-fine pinwale corduroy top tier and yoke of the blue print with accents of red, green, yellow and blue.  The second tier is teal dotted cotton and the bottom tier is navy corduroy.  Elastic waistband.
