Large colorful flowers dominate this gorgeous cotton pinafore dress.  I t has  narrow ruffled shoulder straps and an oval shaped bodice.  Three raw bias strips decorate the bodice top, and wide ruched bands add interest near the sides at the bottom of the skirt.  Jumper is attached to a long-sleeve navy blue stretch cotton top (which is also a flared skirt slip at bottom).  Four buttons in the back.
