This summer dress uses a mix of earthy saturated colors and prints with a romantic toddler girls' sillhouette to create an absolute favorite from Mimi and Maggie!  Bottom layer is a simple A-Line cut with ruffle across bottom in front, and four rows of ruffles in back.  Top is a free flowing layer which has an open back that ties at waist like an apron, allowing the tiers of ruffles below to be seen.
